The fitting of a flush and save valve will eliminate backflow in toilets. Furthermore the amount of water required to flush the toilet effectively is significantly reduced resulting in a cost saving.
The flush and save will provide a closed door in the discharge pipe under no flow conditions. Once a flush has taken place the valve will close trapping any waste in the sewage pipe rather than backflow occurring in the toilet pan.
The flush and save valve remains in the closed static condition and only opens when there is flow through the valve e.g. when the toilet is flushed.
The flush and save valve ensures a watertight air seal between the toilet pan and the connector outlet and the waste pipe. This will remain so under conditions of thermal displacement and deflection in normal use.
The flush and save valve is manufactured in materials which will not be affected by effluent or normal toilet cleaners.

The flush and save valve is moulded from black polypropylene the rubber seal which is over moulded to the plastic body is manufactured in thermoplastic elastomer ( TPE ) the pin and spring are manufactured from Marine 316 stainless steel which has a guaranteed no rust property.
